An emergency declaration and airport emergency response arrangements are activated as the aircraft lands and is later towed to a parking bay. Passengers are provided temporary accommodation at the airport before being shifted to a nearby hotel, and the flight is expected to resume after engineers complete assessments.
For the Air India Express aircraft, sources say a “local standby” is declared and emergency agencies remain on alert. The plane lands safely and vacates the runway under its own power. Across outlets, airport operations are described as continuing normally while the airlines’ engineering teams assess the reported technical issues.
