Nollywood actor Yemi Solade says he was once recruited to participate in what he describes as a fake church healing miracle. He claims he was paid to pretend to have a disability and to play the role of a “cripple” while church participants expected a miraculous recovery.
Solade says the arrangement was funded by money distributed for the supposed healing event, and he adds that he used part of the funds for drinks during his student days. In an interview with Feel Right News TV, published in early September 2026, he recounts the episode as an example of alleged deception connected to staged miracles.
