Universal’s Snoop Dogg biopic “Snoop” adds new cast members, including SwayvoTwain (D’Angelo and Angie Stone’s son) to portray The Notorious B.I.G. Other newly announced roles include Bentley Green as RBX and G Perico as Big Reecie Cup. The film already has Jonathan Daviss cast as Snoop (Calvin Broadus).

The project is directed by Craig Brewer and is scheduled for release on Aug. 6, 2027. Based on reporting, the biopic has been in development since at least 2022, and casting announcements have continued over time.
