Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd (Arcil) raises ₹220 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering (IPO) of about ₹733 crore, which opens for public subscription on September 9. Arcil allots 1.58 crore equity shares to anchor investors at ₹139 per share, the upper end of the IPO price band, according to a stock exchange circular.
The IPO price band is set at ₹132–₹139 per share, and the public issue runs for three days from September 9 to September 11. Across reporting, it is described as an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 5.27 crore equity shares, meaning there is no fresh issuance and IPO proceeds do not go to Arcil. The deal value is cited as about ₹733 crore at the top of the band and around ₹696 crore at the bottom.
