BTS will stream its Busan performances from the ongoing “Arirang” world tour live to cinemas worldwide next month, the group’s agency BigHit Music says. The live viewing is planned for the second of two concerts at Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12 and June 13. The event will be broadcast to more than 3,800 theaters across over 80 countries and regions, allowing fans in different locations to watch the show together.
Because of time zone differences, audiences in North America, South America, and Europe will receive delayed screenings one to two days after the concert. In South Korea, the event will be available through major multiplex chains, including CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Megabox. The Busan venue also hosted a large-scale BTS performance in October 2022, when the group supported the city’s bid to host the 2030 World Expo. BTS also launched the “Arirang” tour last month in Goyang, near Seoul, as the group marks its 12th anniversary of debut on June 13.
