Kwara State Government approves the implementation of pending promotion exercises for public service workers. The approvals cover promotions for the 2024 and 2025 cycles, affecting staff in the state civil service, as well as employees in agencies, parastatals and media houses.
According to the accounts, the Acting Head of Service, Dr Olufunke Shittu, announces the decision through a memo released on Thursday and says the necessary processes are completed by the Civil Service Commission and the affected establishments. The approvals also include formal endorsement by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
