The South East Development Commission (SEDC) says it is set to roll out community-based social impact programmes targeting rural communities across the region. According to reports, the SEDC’s South-East development blueprint has received approval from the governors of the South-East states, clearing the way for programme rollout. Vanguard reports that SEDC’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mark Okoye Jnr, makes the disclosure during sensitisation for the Renewed Hope Community Advancement Programme (REHCAP).
