Pivot, a procurement-software startup founded in 2023 and based in Paris and New York, raises a $40 million Series B funding round. The company says the fresh capital will help it deepen integrations with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and expand adoption of its “agentic” AI procurement platform across more organizations.
According to outlet reports, Pivot’s technology is designed to address gaps in legacy procurement software used by enterprises. The company reports existing customer traction, including DoorDash, Lemonade, and Flix. It also states that approximately $3 billion in invoices are processed through its system annually.
PYMNTS.com adds that the Series B round is oversubscribed and is led by Forestay Capital and Notion, with Pivot reporting $70 million in total funding since launch. Both sources frame the financing as part of Pivot’s effort to scale its enterprise procurement offering and increase ERP compatibility, rather than as a change in product direction.
