A-One Steels India Ltd has set the price band for its initial public offering at ₹385 to ₹405 per share. The company’s ₹405-crore IPO opens for subscription on September 24 and closes on September 28, with anchor investor bidding scheduled for September 23. The issue includes a fresh equity offering and an offer for sale by promoters.

According to the IPO terms cited by outlets, the IPO consists of a fresh issue worth ₹355 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹50 crore by promoters. The company says it reduced the issue size from an earlier proposed ₹650 crore in its draft filings. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are planned for prepayment or partial repayment of certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

The reports also describe the company’s business as a backwards-integrated steel products manufacturer in southern India, spanning sponge iron, MS billets, and finished steel products such as TMT bars, HR and CR coils, and pipes. They add that the firm increasingly uses renewable electricity and mention its renewable power purchase agreements and installed capacity figures, along with recent revenue and profit growth disclosures.
