India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE) IPO worth ₹22,569 crore is fully subscribed on the second day of bidding, according to reports. One outlet says the issue is subscribed 1.16 times on Day 2.
The IPO is described as India’s second-largest public offering. The Times of India notes it has surpassed LIC’s ₹21,000-crore IPO (2022) and is smaller than Hyundai Motor India’s record ₹27,870-crore IPO (2024). The Hindu likewise places the NSE IPO behind Hyundai’s 2024 offering while reporting that the issue reaches full subscription on Day 2.
Outlets also differ slightly in emphasis. Times of India highlights that non-institutional investors lead the subscription, while The Hindu focuses on the overall subscription status by Day 2. Both sources agree on the size of the IPO and its ranking among India’s largest public issues.
