Digital marketing solutions provider Liqvd Digital India Ltd launches its SME initial public offering (IPO) on September 23. The three-day issue closes on September 25. The company sets a price band of ₹51-54 per equity share and plans to list its shares on the BSE SME platform after the IPO process.
The offer size is reported as ₹39 crore, including a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale (OFS). Sources state the IPO comprises a fresh issue worth ₹34.14 crore and an OFS of 9.02 lakh equity shares by promoter Arnab Mitra. At the upper end of the price band, the OFS component is valued at about ₹4.87 crore.
Funds from the fresh issue are described as being allocated to business expansion. Reported uses include acquiring a 23.21% stake in AdLift Marketing Pvt Ltd, setting up a video content production hub, and meeting incremental working capital needs, with the remainder for further acquisitions and general corporate purposes. Indorient Financial Services is named as book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services is listed as the registrar.
