Police in Anambra arrest a 22-year-old woman, identified as Nwachukwu Blessing, over an alleged self-kidnapping case involving conspiracy and fraud. According to reports, the woman’s family pays a ransom of N3 million, after which police begin investigation and later detain her.
The reports say the arrest is carried out by operatives linked to the Rapid Response Squad in Awkuzu, following intelligence gathered during the inquiry into the alleged abduction.
