Apple has launched the website for customers to claim benefits from a $250 million settlement tied to delayed Siri AI/Apple Intelligence features. Eligible customers can submit claims online, with the claim period running from September 21 to December 21. Each qualifying device claim is set at $25, with the potential to increase up to $95 depending on how many valid claims are filed.

The lawsuit is based on allegations that Apple advertised certain Siri AI capabilities for iPhone models sold in 2024 and 2025 but delayed their delivery. Outlets describe features such as Siri on-screen awareness and other personalized Siri functions previewed in June 2024, later pushed back, and ultimately delivered with iOS 27 earlier this year. Apple denies the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of trial.

While the outlets largely align on the settlement size, eligibility window, and the $25-to-$95 payment range, coverage emphasizes different practical details. Some note that Apple may send claim notification emails, while the settlement form can also be submitted without a claim ID; others highlight that final payment timing depends on court approval, with a final approval hearing scheduled for February 24, 2027.
