Manika Plastech Ltd makes a share-market debut on both the NSE and BSE, listing at around its IPO issue price. NDTV reports the shares open at Rs 43, with a grey market premium of about Rs 1 suggesting a listing around Rs 44.

Shortly after the listing, Free Press Journal reports selling pressure. It says the stock opens at ₹43 on both exchanges and then falls nearly 5% in early trading. On the BSE, the shares drop about 4.97% to around ₹40.86, while on the NSE they trade down about 5% at about ₹40.85.

All reports point to a strong IPO subscription. Free Press Journal says the ₹125.49-crore IPO is subscribed around 28.14 times, and that the IPO price band is ₹40–₹43 per equity share. The outlets broadly differ in focus: NDTV emphasizes the flat listing and grey market signals ahead of debut, while Free Press Journal adds post-listing price movement and context about how subscription demand does not necessarily translate into a premium on day one.
