Reliance Jio and T-Mobile announce a “world’s first” 5G Standalone (SA) roaming connection using Syniverse. The companies say the setup enables Jio customers to access 5G-enabled data and voice services while roaming on T-Mobile’s network, and likewise allows T-Mobile customers to use 5G SA roaming services on Jio’s network in India.
