Embassy Developments signs an agreement to sell its residential tower “Embassy Terazza” in Juhu to Angel One, for ₹711 crore, according to multiple reports. The transaction covers an entire tower and is described as the largest single residential property deal of its kind in India.
The Hindu says the company claims it is the largest single residential unit transaction in the country. Economic Times adds that the deal is formalized through an MoU and notes market reaction, reporting the stock rises as much as 8% to ₹63.80 after the announcement. Economic Times also specifies the buyer as Angel One CMD Dinesh Thakkar and provides dimensions, stating the development spans about 63,000 sq ft.
The outlets largely align on the transaction value, the location (Juhu), the seller (Embassy Developments), and the buyer (Angel One and its senior executive), with differences mainly in the emphasis on the claim of “largest” status and on share price movement details.
