Multiple outlets report leaked information about the expected RAM and storage tiers for Samsung’s Galaxy S27 lineup. The reports say Samsung’s higher-end models are more likely to use newer memory and storage technology, while the base models may retain older specifications.
GSMArena.com states that the Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro are still expected to be equipped with LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage, but it may be limited to certain higher RAM and storage configurations. It adds that the Galaxy S27 and S27+ are unlikely to receive the upgraded standards. NDTV similarly reports that the Galaxy S27 and S27+ could top out at 12GB RAM, while the Galaxy S27 Ultra may reach 16GB RAM alongside 1TB storage.

Both accounts describe these as leaks and emphasize that Samsung has not confirmed the components.
