A 15-year-old boy is stabbed to death in Delhi’s Nai Basti area on Tuesday night, in Gali No. 16 under the Anand Parbat police station limits, police say. Authorities report that the assailants flee after the stabbing, and police are deployed at the scene. The victim dies on the spot and his body is sent for a post-mortem examination.
The victim’s family alleges repeated attacks. His brother, Mayank Dhingra, says the boy was stabbed about 16 times and that the family provided names of the accused to the police but believes no action has been taken, including concerns that suspects are not being detained. Dhingra also claims he faces threats following the incident. Police say an investigation is ongoing, with the case under further inquiry.
