Amazfit has unveiled the T-Rex Dual Solar, a rugged smartwatch designed to use solar power from two locations on the watch. The model includes solar panels on both the front and rear, aiming to extend battery life when exposed to sunlight while the watch is being worn or set down.
According to reports, the watch is built around a 660mAh battery and supports outdoor-focused features such as GPS and navigation aids. NDTV says it includes sapphire glass, a titanium bezel, dual-band GPS and colour maps, along with health tracking and workout options, and it supports diving up to 50m. GSMArena highlights battery-life claims tied to sunlight exposure, stating up to 21 days of typical usage and higher results—up to 34 days—when exposed to direct sunlight daily.
