Organizers say the events for this year’s edition take place in Cebu.
The pageant is described as the Philippines’ oldest and longest-running international beauty contest, founded in the country. One report notes that last year’s delegates arrived in Manila for initial activities such as a press presentation and a national costume competition before moving on. This year, the 2026 participants go directly to Cebu.
Another report details the delegates’ planned itinerary across the province over about three weeks. It includes island hopping on Sept. 28, city exploration on Sept. 29, a two-day northern tour from Sept. 30 to Oct. 1, and a two-day southern tour from Oct. 3 to Oct. 4, before their return. Organizers add that many participants are visiting the Philippines for the first time.
