vivo launches the Y600i smartphone in China as a new addition to its Y600 lineup. GSMArena reports the device is added “silently,” while NDTV says it is formally launched and lists an on-sale date. Both sources agree the Y600i features an 8,000mAh battery and supports 44W wired fast charging.
In terms of hardware, GSMArena says the phone is built around the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and it includes a microSD card slot. NDTV also points to Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, describing it as an octa-core processor built on a 4nm process. Display details also differ slightly by emphasis: GSMArena specifies a 6.87-inch LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate.
NDTV adds that the Y600i will go on sale on September 30 via the Vivo China online store, and it comes in three color options.
