Labour’s energy secretary, Miatta Fahnbulleh, says her performance will be judged by whether she can reduce household energy bills. Speaking at the Labour Party conference in Liverpool in interviews with Pippa Crerar and Kiran Stacey, she adds that she intends to bring bills down.
