iQOO has launched the iQOO Pad Ultra, a gaming-focused tablet in China. The device features an 8.8-inch AMOLED display with a 2K (2304x1440) resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness rated at 4,500 nits for local brightness (with full-screen peak brightness cited at 1,600 nits). It also includes active cooling via a built-in fan.
The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite-series processor (described as “Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6” in one report) and includes iQOO’s self-developed Q4 gaming chip, along with additional performance-focused components such as a Wi‑Fi enhancement chip. NDTV also highlights Q-flex controls with a 500Hz sampling rate, and claims support for up to 165fps in selected titles, along with ray tracing and frame interpolation.
Both outlets frame the Pad Ultra as a device aimed at gaming performance, with the main differences in emphasis on specific features: one focuses on display and chipset naming details, while NDTV adds more controller and software performance specifics. The iQOO Pad Ultra also includes a 9,020mAh battery with 66W charging support, cited by NDTV.
