Anarock Property Consultants Limited files a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with India’s market regulator SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO) of about ₹1,000 crore. The proposed deal includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹550 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to ₹450 crore, as stated in the DRHP.
Outlets report that the company may also consider a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹110 crore, which—if completed—could reduce the fresh issue component. The DRHP also outlines potential use of proceeds. Anarock plans to allocate funds from the fresh issue toward strengthening artificial intelligence and technology, supporting existing businesses and specialised services, and funding an acquisition related to DSP. The remainder is intended for acquisitions, strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes.
Sources add business and financial context, noting Anarock operates in advisory and related services rather than real estate development, with operations across multiple Indian cities and the Middle East. The DRHP lists proposed book-running lead managers, and the shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
