A road crash on Lagos’ Coastal Road, inward Eko Hotel, kills one person and injures three others. Reports from multiple outlets say the crash involves a grey Lexus Jeep 350 with registration number LSD 554 KV.
Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) is cited in all accounts as the source of the information. The outlets report that the incident happens in the early hours, with differing descriptions of the day: one outlet says Thursday while others describe it as occurring earlier on Friday. All sources also agree that the three surviving occupants sustain serious injuries.
The coverage is largely consistent across outlets, focusing on the casualty figures, the location along the Coastal Road near Eko Hotel, and the identification of the vehicle and registration number. None of the reports provide additional details on suspected causes of the crash beyond citing LASTMA’s statement.
