The 18th Headies nominees party is scheduled to take place in Lagos on Saturday, 3 October 2026. Multiple reports say the event will be held at Vaniti (also styled as VANITI) and is planned to begin at 10:00 pm, bringing together nominees ahead of the main awards.
Both outlets frame the gathering as part of the activities leading up to the 18th Headies Awards. Daily Post Nigeria describes it as an exclusive evening to celebrate nominees’ achievements and the talent represented at this year’s awards. Legit.ng similarly presents the party as a night of music, glamour, and celebration, noting the “Afro Glam” style theme and the presence of nominees and other music industry figures.
While the reports largely agree on the who, where, and when, they differ mainly in emphasis. Daily Post Nigeria highlights the party’s positioning within the run-up to the awards and its celebratory purpose, whereas Legit.ng focuses more on the event atmosphere and fashion-oriented presentation.
