Zetwerk, a B2B manufacturing platform, has set an IPO price band of ₹143–₹151 per share for an issue expected to total about ₹5,012 crore. The IPO opens on October 15 and is scheduled to close on October 19, with anchor bidding on October 14. The company plans to list on the BSE and NSE on October 23.

The offer combines a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. Sources describe the fundraising mix as roughly ₹2,600–₹2,830 crore through a fresh issue and about ₹2,182–₹2,182 crore (at the top end) through the offer for sale, valuing the overall transaction around the same ₹5,012 crore figure. Zetwerk says fresh proceeds will be used to repay borrowings and support acquisitions and general corporate purposes, while secondary sale proceeds go to selling shareholders, including promoter-related entities and other investors.

Reporting also indicates Zetwerk had confidentially filed IPO documents earlier and received SEBI approval in July. The proposed offering follows ongoing activity in India’s primary equity market, with market interest in manufacturing and industrial platforms as final deal size and timing remain subject to change until completion.
