Fusion CX, an AI-powered customer experience solutions provider, sets a public IPO price band of ₹275–₹289 per share for its ₹702 crore share sale, which opens on October 14. The company says the issue could imply a post-listing valuation of more than ₹4,170 crore at the upper end of the price band. Shares are proposed to list on the BSE and NSE on October 22.
The IPO structure includes a ₹500 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of ₹202 crore by P N S Business and Rasish Consultants. Subscriptions close on October 16, with anchor investor bidding on October 13. Fusion CX reduced the size from a previously proposed ₹1,000 crore in an earlier draft filing.
Net proceeds are planned to support repayment or prepayment of borrowings, with ₹275 crore allocated for debt-related purposes. About ₹61 crore is earmarked for technology upgrades at step-down subsidiaries, while remaining funds will support acquisitions, strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes. The offer reserves 75% for institutional investors, 15% for non-institutional investors and 10% for retail investors.
