Oxide Computer Company, an on-premises cloud computing firm, announces a $445 million funding round as it expands production of its data center racks. The company says the financing supports scaling manufacturing and continuing development of its enterprise infrastructure offering.

The deal is structured as a Series D round, with Eclipse Capital returning as the lead investor. Other investors named across coverage include AMD Ventures, Riot Ventures, Jane Street, Atreides Management, and USIT, which previously led Oxide’s earlier $200 million raise in February.

One outlet frames the funding as evidence of Oxide’s progress toward profitability and highlights its “systems-based” approach to enterprise computing. Across sources, there is broad agreement on the round size, the lead role of Eclipse Capital, the investor list, and Oxide’s focus on scaling rack production for full-stack, on-premises cloud infrastructure.
