Police Constable Andrew Wilson, charged with the murder of Latoya “Buju” Bulgin, appears in St James Circuit Court for a case management matter that is rescheduled to December 4. The Jamaica Gleaner reports the hearing had been scheduled to start Friday morning but is moved to the same December 4 date.

Jamaica Observer adds that Wilson’s existing bail is extended at the Friday appearance, with conditions including a $1-million bond continued by presiding judge Andrea Pettigrew Collins. The report says Wilson is accused of fatally shooting Bulgin on May 17 while she is seated in a motor vehicle in Granville, St James. The Observer notes Wilson’s legal representatives are absent when the matter is called up. Wilson’s charge follows an investigation by the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) and a decision by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP).
