TML CV Holdings B.V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited, raises its voluntary tender offer for Iveco Group N.V. shares to €14.40 per common share (cum dividend). The offer price increases from €14.10, adding €0.30 per share, and is described as the “best and final” offer.
The company says it will not increase the price further. If all 27,12,15,400 common shares are tendered, the maximum aggregate disbursement increases by about €813.6 million (approximately ₹724.31 crore), taking the revised total to about €3,905.5 million (approximately ₹34,778.02 crore). Tata Motors also outlines funding through a €850 million credit facility with MUFG Bank to finance the incremental payment.
Across reports, the bid increase is linked to the timing of the offer process. Business Line notes the revision follows delays in regulatory authorisations, while Iveco is reported to have welcomed the higher offer. The higher price includes stated premiums versus Iveco’s official share price on specified dates and volume-weighted average prices over earlier periods, as disclosed in the unit’s exchange filings.
