“Dhurandhar: The Revenge,” the Ranveer Singh-starring film, is campaigning for Grammy recognition by submitting its soundtrack and multiple individual songs for consideration at the 69th Annual Grammy Awards in 2027. Outlets report that B62 Studios, founded by filmmaker Aditya Dhar and his brother Lokesh, is leading the effort for music by composer Shashwat Sachdev.

According to the reports, the submission includes nine entries across several categories, such as Best Song Written for Visual Media, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Global Music Performance, Best Asian Pop Music Performance, Best Rap Performance, Best Dance/Electronic Recording, Best Remixed Recording, and Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media. Multiple songs are named in the campaign, including “Phir Se,” “Jaiye Sajana,” “Jaan Se Guzarte Hain,” “Kanhaiyya,” “Aari Aari,” “Destiny - Mann Atkeya,” “Vaari Jaavan,” and “Hum Pyaar Karne Wale.”

While the Recording Academy’s eligibility rules must be met before any nominations are secured, outlets note the Grammy ceremony is scheduled for February 7, 2027 and point to the long-standing absence of prior Grammy wins for an Indian film, alongside earlier historic wins connected to Indian talent.
