Costa Rican authorities are searching for a woman after a 74-year-old American citizen, identified in reporting as “Fleming,” is found dead inside a condominium in Playas del Coco. Officials say the man was discovered in the residence on Sept. 27.
Reports say the death involves serious injuries, including head trauma. One outlet adds that police are looking for a woman who was seen leaving the condo shortly before authorities found the body. Another outlet frames the case as an active investigation led by police in Guanacaste, focusing on identifying the woman and determining what led to the man’s death.
