ixigo reports a consolidated net profit of about ₹61–63 crore for the September quarter of FY27, reversing the net loss it posted in the same period last year. Multiple outlets link the turnaround largely to a one-time gain from the company’s partial sale of its stake in Freshbus, alongside improved performance in its hotel bookings business.

Across reports, ixigo’s revenue from operations is about ₹321 crore, up roughly 13% year-on-year, and expenses rise to just over ₹309 crore. NDTV and others also note that EBITDA turns positive, with margin improvement in the quarter. Separately, ixigo says hotels are its fastest-growing line of business by gross transaction value (GTV), rising sharply year-on-year and being presented as a distinct segment for the first time, indicating a strategic focus on expanding hotel offerings. The company also states it continues investing in hotels and AI for long-term growth.
