A 33-year-old taxi driver, Stephen Rajah, is charged and remanded following the discovery of 10 AK-47 rifles in Berbice. According to reports, police arrested Rajah after a May 22, 2026 incident in which the rifles were reportedly dumped at Corentyne, Berbice.
