CBS Sports has agreed an exclusive four-year rights deal to broadcast the Women’s Super League (WSL) in the United States, starting from the 2026-27 season and running through the end of the 2029-30 campaign. Under the agreement, Paramount+ becomes the primary streaming home for the league, airing 183 WSL matches each season. In addition, CBS Sports Network will broadcast one live match per week. Some matches will also be carried on the CBS Sports Golazo Network.
The deal is presented as a major increase in the value of WSL television rights compared with previous arrangements, with the combined package creating a dedicated, multi-platform schedule for US viewers. Coverage is structured across streaming and linear TV, using Paramount+ for the bulk of fixtures and CBS Sports platforms for weekly live coverage and select additional games. The announcements from outlets align on the length of the contract and the distribution of matches across the different CBS-branded channels and services.
