Asana is acquiring Stack AI, a no-code platform used to build AI agents that can work across enterprise tools and systems. Multiple reports describe Stack AI as an agent builder that connects with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace. Asana plans to incorporate Stack AI into its existing portfolio of AI workflow features as it develops tools aimed at supporting “human-agent” teams.
The acquisition is reported to be valued at $75 million. Asana announces the deal on May 28 after market close, and the timing is linked to Asana’s first-quarter earnings call. Stack AI co-founders Tony Rosinol and Bernard Aceituno are expected to join Asana following the acquisition.
