A 69-year-old man is arrested after shootings in Carrollton, north of Dallas, that leave two people dead and three others injured, and also include a separate incident at a nearby apartment building. According to Carrollton police, the suspect shot five people in back-to-back attacks. The first shooting occurs just before 10 a.m. at K Towne Plaza, a shopping center in an area known as Koreatown. Police find four adults who have been shot, then investigate while another shooting is reported about 6 kilometers away at an apartment complex.

Responding officers later find a dead man inside an apartment. Investigators determine the same suspect, identified as 69-year-old Han Seung Ho (Seung Han Ho), carried out both incidents. He is arrested after a short chase on foot at a nearby grocery store, according to police. Police say the attack is not random and that the suspect knew those who were killed, describing it as connected to business dealings and financial disagreements. Three injured victims are reported to be in stable condition.
