India’s primary market is set to see activity next week in the mainboard segment after a month-long lull, with two IPOs scheduled to open for subscription: CMR Green Technologies and Hexagon Nutrition. Together, the issues are valued at nearly Rs 770 crore. CMR Green Technologies’ IPO is scheduled to open on June 3 and close on June 5, with a price band of Rs 182–192 per share and a target fundraise of Rs 630.9 crore. Hexagon Nutrition’s IPO will open on June 5 and close on June 9, priced at Rs 42–45 per share, aiming to raise Rs 138.9 crore via an offer for sale (OFS) of 3.09 crore shares. Because both offerings are entirely OFS, the companies do not receive proceeds from the public issues; all proceeds go to selling shareholders.
The announcements come after subdued primary-market activity amid market volatility and global uncertainties. Multiple companies had secured regulatory approvals in recent weeks but delayed listings due to uncertain conditions. Besides these mainboard listings, SME IPOs are also expected to remain active during the same period, including offers by Genxai Analytics, Vahh Chemicals, and Merritronix.
