The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) holds fresh protests and issues a seven-day deadline for the Centre to act on its demands regarding alleged examination and recruitment irregularities. After a large gathering at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on June 6, the youth-led group calls on Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to resign or be removed. CJP spokespersons say the protest will expand nationwide if the demand is not met, with plans mentioned for demonstrations in multiple cities including Jaipur.

Ahead of the next scheduled action, CJP leaders describe the June 20 demonstration at Jantar Mantar as a further escalation, including an indefinite sit-in if permissions are granted by Delhi Police. The group also presents a five-point “exam manifesto,” proposing measures such as compensation for affected students, swift backup examinations, physical evaluation of answer sheets, automatic age relaxation, and technology audits.

CJP leaders also raise claims about suicides among students following the NEET paper leak controversy, and they demand compensation for families, while describing continued leadership of the education minister as an accountability issue.
