According to reporting, the episode took place from an airboat, where the influencer fired multiple rounds—12 shots were reported—at an alligator during the broadcast.
One outlet reports that a lawyer representing Peters disputes aspects of the allegations. The lawyer says the streamer was “following the instructions” of a boat guide and that the alligator was already dead at the time of the shooting.
