A man in his 70s is arrested following a petrol bomb attack on a pub in the centre of Sligo, Gardaí say. Reports indicate that the device is thrown at or lands at the entrance of Connolly’s pub on Holborn Street at around 11pm. A fire breaks out at the premises after the petrol bomb is thrown.
