Multiple reports say Nothing is preparing an affordable version of its Ear (3) true wireless earbuds, dubbed the Ear (3a). The leaks point to a launch price in France of €99, which would align with the introduction price of the company’s earlier budget model, the Nothing Ear (a) from 2024. One outlet also contrasts this with the higher launch pricing of the Ear (3), which was reportedly €179 in the Eurozone.
The same reports indicate the Ear (3a) is expected to come in several colors: white, black, yellow, and a new pink option. None of the sources claim Nothing has formally announced the earbuds or confirmed specifications, launch timing, or technical details.
One report additionally references the earbuds appearing in Indonesia’s SDPPI certification database, where they were listed alongside an unannounced product referred to as “CMF Buds Neo,” suggesting Nothing is working on a broader lineup even though details remain unverified.
