Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, sells four residential apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total consideration of ₹8.9 crore, according to property registration documents. The transactions are registered in April 2026. The apartments are located in the Raheja Classique project in Andheri West.

Two larger units are sold for ₹3.23 crore each. Each unit has a built-up area of about 654 sq ft, a carpet area of about 545 sq ft, and includes one dedicated car parking space. The reported stamp duty per unit is ₹19.41 lakh.

The family also sells two smaller apartments for ₹1.21 crore each. These units have a built-up area of about 246 sq ft and a carpet area of about 205 sq ft. Each smaller transaction shows stamp duty of ₹7.29 lakh.

The documents indicate Geeta Sanon acquired two units in July 2013 for a combined ₹1.40 crore, while Kriti and Nupur acquired the remaining two units in June 2017 for a combined ~₹2.90 crore, putting total acquisition cost at about ₹4.31 crore. Reported calculations suggest an appreciation of nearly ₹4.6 crore (about 107%) over roughly nine to 13 years. NDTV and other outlets also report the buyer as filmmaker and casting director Mukesh Chhabra.
