A viral MTV Roadies audition clip featuring judge Raghu Ram has sparked claims that the contestant is Abhijeet Deepke, founder of the “Cockroach Janata Party” (also written as Cockroach Janata Party/CJP). In the circulating footage, Raghu is shown shouting during a heated exchange and telling the contestant, “Nazar mat aaiyo aaj ke baad mujhe never in your life,” while the contestant responds by asking him to point out the mistake. The video is widely shared on social media with captions identifying the contestant as Deepke, and some posts describe the clip as “destroying” him.
Raghu Ram later posted a clarification, saying the trending clip is “fake.” He questions why people are trying to cut and reshape his old Roadies content and asserts that he has never met Deepke. Abhijeet Deepke responded as well, writing that he was in school at the time of the audition.
Separately, multiple reports describe Deepke as the founder of a youth-led, satirical political movement that gained attention online through memes and commentary and later expanded into protests, using the “cockroach” label as a slogan and symbol.
