Mercedes-AMG unveils updated 2027 GLE63 S and GLS63 performance SUVs featuring a newly developed V8 engine. The new V8 is described as a flat-plane crankshaft unit and is paired with a mild-hybrid system.
Performance figures cited across sources include acceleration to 60 mph in under three seconds and a top speed of 174 mph. Mercedes also updates the vehicles’ exterior styling, including tweaks to bodywork and larger grille designs.
