Nimble introduces the SharePower, a USB-C portable battery pack designed to charge one device or split into two smaller chargers. The product has a total capacity of 10,000mAh, with two 5,000mAh halves. The halves attach magnetically for single-device charging, and they come apart so two people can charge simultaneously.
When separated, each half includes its own included USB-C cable: one side uses a longer 7-inch braided cable that can tuck into the unit when attached, while the other side uses a shorter pop-out cable intended to be more compact when charging a phone. The power output supports fast charging, with up to 35W when the halves are paired together and up to 20W from each half when separated, according to testing and the reported specifications.
Across reviews, the SharePower is described as having the ability to charge multiple devices via additional USB-C ports on each half, and it includes an LCD/battery indicator that shows remaining charge depending on whether the halves are connected or separated. Nimble positions the dual design as useful for scenarios where multiple people need charging. It launches in multiple colors and is priced around $80.
