A teenage cyclist dies following a road traffic incident involving a bicycle and a parked lorry in County Waterford. Multiple reports say the crash happens shortly after 11am on the N72 road near Lismore, with the incident also described as occurring in Ballygalane. Gardaí state the boy was cycling and collided with the lorry, which was parked. The Irish Times reports that the cyclist is pronounced dead at the scene.
