OnePlus has unveiled the Pad 3 Pro in China as its latest flagship tablet. Multiple outlets report that the device succeeds the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro and that the new model is based on the OnePlus Pad 4 platform, which was released in India and global markets earlier this year. The Pad 3 Pro features a 13.2-inch LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. GSMArena adds that the display uses a 3,392 x 2,400 resolution with a 7:5 aspect ratio, and it supports a 540Hz touch sampling rate, with a claimed brightness boost up to 1,000 nits. The tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. NDTV reports 16GB of RAM and a 13,380mAh battery. GSMArena also highlights display-related features including Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid support, along with claims of accurate color rendering. The two sources also distinguish the China-launched Pad 3 Pro from other similarly named OnePlus Pad models released in different regions and timeframes.
