Metro 1 services in Mumbai face a brief disruption after a man trespasses onto the tracks at Andheri station. Multiple reports say the incident involves Abhinandan Sule, described as a 24-year-old, who allegedly enters the track area without authorization at around 3:41 pm. According to the accounts, the station controller spots an unauthorised person on the tracks and alerts security staff. Metro operations are temporarily halted as a safety measure while personnel enter the track area and search for the person.

The disruption lasts about 17 minutes on the Metro 1 section between Dahisar and Versova. During the search and pursuit, security staff ultimately apprehend Sule. One report describes the detention at or around Azad Nagar station, following a nearly 40-minute search. Mumbai police register a case against Sule for trespassing and disrupting metro services. Authorities do not indicate any injuries in the reports. The service disruption ends once the person is detained and operations resume.
